not entirely sure how I feel about this, but should prove an interesting listen.

Then again, I don't like 'new' things.

Jam- 10-28-2009
Played 10 of their own tracks.

Hmm.

Wordwide Review - pt.1

Yes Dave P - and one of my fave MAW remixes. DREAD TUNE!

It was also nice to hear St Germain's "Rose Rouge", again. Now, talk of the golden Worldwide period?!? circa 2000. Big Music.

Also loving the reggae version - anyone got full info? - of The Supremes' "My World is Empty Without You". proper Blues party bizznizz.

Nice of them to kick off with a little bit of music from the man of the moment - Pharaoh Sanders. And i still can't get enough of Joy Orbison's "Hyph Mngo" - a Classic, already!!!

My tune of the show so far:

DJ Nasa "Love Birds" - Buff beats. Out of Indonesia, i hear...?!? I need it.

soon-come

: )

chocolatesoldier- 10-28-2009
Played their own tracks? Surely if they have a new album coming out and they are filling in a 2hour radio show they might do that?
Will have to check and listen to it......I don't like a lot of their music but I've got a lot of respect for them you can't deny they have 'skills'

Unknown- 10-28-2009
i would be quite annoyed if they hadn't done an exclusive preview of their LP on the show. that's why their on the show it's part of the album promotion right? jesus some people

'preview' = 3-4 tracks to my mind, not 10

anyway, who gives a shit... it looks like an ok show.

Liking these bits:

N.Moore - Who La La (Firecracker)
American Standard – Mr Chinn Gets It Together (Disco Edit) (White)
