Gonna come back with a proper review when i've gotta minute; but suffice to say that this is my fave Beatcave mix right now (and that is really saying something, let me tell YOU!!!).

Wicked wicked mix - every SINGLE tune a killer. Loving allthe boogie obviously haha Chocolate Cholly's bizznizz as well. Blikey!!

*Lesette Wilson's "Look Into Tomorrow" has always been a big tune (BIG Norman tune) and can be sometimes very tricky to pull on a 12....

Patrick Forge - FULL RESPECT!

soon-come

Always enjoyed Patrick Forge’s Cosmic Jam shows in the early 90s, probably even more so than GP’s vibrazone. Still got boxes and boxes of tapes of his shows from that era. This is a killer mix that reminds me why I loved those radio shows so much.

Lots of favourites on here, aswell as a few surprises.... all nicely sequenced together. Haven’t heard the Lessette Wilson tune in quite some time. I think that may have been one of those “blink and you miss it” twelves. The Pleasure tune is a big fave of mine and a killer for sure, HEAVY bass. Came out on a nice red vinyl 12” aswell!

Agree with Dayo, one of the best in the beatcave at the moment. Full respect to Mr. Forge and the spacebass crew!

That's a serious tracklisting!
I keep trying to get hold of the Clap Song but the Pied Piper & Gaston LP always go for big money.
I've got the 'Fresh Band' track - the dub version stretches to 9mins! One of my biggest DJing weapons when pitched up biggrin.gif
I love the 'Change' track as well - Davide Romani is an unbelievable bassist, the sound he got on those Malavasi productions is so so funky, for all those that haven't checked it before, you need the 'Zinc' LP in addition to all the obvious Change, BB&Q albums etc...
I'll be listening to this this evening while I do some marking, thanks Patrick, thanks Liam!!!
