Tony Adams

both went to prison and allowed to continue their footballing careers.

add to that list Duncan Ferguson, Rene Higuita and Jermaine Pennant

how could I forget about Duncan Ferguson ?????????

His is an interesting case as he went to prison for what he did on a football pitch

Theres also Tony Kay of Everton , who went down in the late 60's / early 70s' with 2 other players for match fixing.

Jose Baxter could be the next Everton player to visit prison. with his drug dealing / fake money laundering

post career , Mikey Thomas and Mark Ward both ex-Everton have been inside

edmundo 'the animal'

jailed for his part in a fatal car crash in rio whilst signed for italian club, fiorentina
he was sent to jail in italy and allowed out of prison in the daytime to play football

bit of a nasty chap on the field aswell
amazing player though

Obviously there's a plethora of evidence to suggest Bellamy is a serious twunt (and I'm a Wales fan through and through!).

Only fair this gets a mention though

Bellamy in not such a **** shocker

Can't imagine Marlon King doing that. He'll definitely play again though.

his goal for Vasco Da Gama vs Man Utd in the World Club Championship is one of my fave goals of all time. Unbelievable piss-take.

Gonna search for it now...

When he heard Ronaldo was going to be playing in the World Cup Final instead of him, he picked up a bench in the dressing room and smashed it in half against the wall!

Yeah, personally think he's a bit of wally, but perhaps a little 'misunderstood'

Used to play against him quite regularly growing up.
One thing though, he was absolutely amazing. as soon as he had the ball it would be in the back of the net!

a good mate of mine and him were the two forwards for a local team. both were then quickly signed up by Norwich. My mate was touted as the better of the two and was then sold to Palace but his career fizzled out and i think he's retired altogether now.
i guess its kinda easy to lose your drive and ambition when you are an 18 year old from a shitty area and then living on your own in London on 2k a week : )

Remember playing them two when they were on a return from Norwich and they had permission to play for their team. Every time one of them had the ball they scored haha think they beat us about 12-0 brownswood/2_2.png laugh.gif
(and we weren’t that bad!)

King will definately play again and i have no problem with that. he's done his time etc.
Saying that, I'd rather the footbal clubs force the issue and refuse to sign him. i'd be well fucked off if my team bought him.
He'll prob end up at Notts County on even more wages than he was on in the first place.

the pics of the diminutive 19year old femme published in the media over the weekend suggested she misunderstood too. thought it was a brick hitting her in the chump not the fist of big marlon.

you've no problem with him playing again 'cause he's done his time. but you'd rather the clubs forced the issue and didn't sign him.

to make it clear i was on about Bellamy being misunderstood NOT marlon king so please dont cut up my quotes to imply something i didnt say.
if you look at my quote i was reponding to Tecwen, who was talking about BELLAMY (not Marlon King)
Plus, regarding Bellamy, it was tongue in cheek!

the point i was trying to make at the end with marlon king is that (unfortunately) in reality they cant stop him playing again because he has served his punishment.
in view of that, i would rather all clubs simply took the view that they shoudlnt sign him.

not that hard to understand surely...
