What a top weekend in the East Midlands. Friday reminded of a Fulham away day in the 90's, jumping on the inter-city to some far off place and heading straight for the pub.
Echo what most folk have said, great to meet old and new faces and massive thanks to the SB cru for organising. Was chatting so much I 'missed' a lot of the tunes being played if you get me.
I had a 'Lemonade hour' much to Wrighty's disapproval, had to be done though. Like Olly mentioned, I don't actually drink much these days at all. (I don't believe him though

).
Classic scenes post party too as some have alluded too. For the record, I ended up buying a crab at Leicester Market as they were setting up and met a proper old chap from Yorkshire explaining that his sequin sales were well down these days.
I think I played these in a somewhat random fashion on CD decks with a 0.5 delay when hitting the play or cue button! Vinyl next time for sure!
Chateau Flight - Baccula
Discreet Unit - Unit
i:cube - Monotone
Funky Worm - Hustle
Bryan Ferry - Don't Stop The Dance
Some pics from the night, I look forward to the next one.
