and one of the jive bunny dudes is in fact eric prydz , ive been reliably informed.

For reliably informed read: told a complete porker.

Yep.Nonsense.

However - "Andy Pickles (one half of jive bunny) later went on to found hard house record label Tidy Trax with fellow DJ Amadeus Mozart."

Amadeus Mozart - great name!

^^ not his real (birth) name, changed for a bet in aid of chariddee

yours, an ex-hard house head.

a misspent youth, not sure i ever really liked tbh it but noisy stuff your parents disapprove of that is very messy kind of appealed, plus my mates loved it so the choice when going out was limited!

At least it wasn't scouse house....

Hell, I still listen to all the old thrash and death metal stuff I used to listen to as a youth on the iPlod when out running. Thankfully binned the tshirts though laugh.gif

Nah... LATINO RAVE.

Or... Megabass "I think it's time to make the floor burn"

hahaha.

jive bunny still mashes a dance. yeah it's cool to be snobby about how cheesy it is, but it's way better than many of these bollocks "loop the first bar for 8 mins" edits nowadays

i do love a bit of cut n paste. the other song i liked around that time was Marrs Pump Up The Volume.

for the old dudes on here

"East of Eden", "Wonderland" and "In a big country" are all great tracks. Stuart Adamson RIP.

I feel another KIW 80s mix coming on.

Sounded particularly nice at the weekend - the new 12" on Disco Deviance

On side is an edit of Kano's "Can’t Hold Back (Your Loving)" while the other is that odd old disco not disco track "Rip It Up" by Orange Juice. Both work really well I reckon.

Neither did I till yesterday - had to do some digging after Mr Tony Nwachukwu was asking about it on friday night down at the Vibe Bar. None of us had any idea who it was. Where's Mark A when you need him eh. biggrin.gif

We finally got to the bottom of that Moton Inc. release tho I posted up about. We've figured out 2 of the 3 tracks so far

1. Larry Hart - Going up in smoke
2. ?? - A messaage (<< played that on sundays show but have no idea what is was)
3. Cathy Davis - Come back home

Oh - and Nikey - YES to that Loud E "Drums Detour II" track. Not sure where you can play stuff like that but that one's been growing on me massively!
