This month we bring you a special mix from resident J Shez who has been rocking the decks in London over the last few months, and is becoming a regular on the London circuit. After playing with Motor City Drum Ensemble, Kris Wadsworth and Darius Syrossion at the City Fly and 54 Music nights respectively he has a lot more to come with gigs coming up at Freak ‘n’ Chic with David K and Release Yourself with Roger Sanchez this weekend, he is definitely one to watch out for.
With residencies for CityFly, 54 Music and MyHouse. He also runs the brand City Fly alongside rising star Jonna. His style is a groovy deep techno sound with a blend of Jazz, Funk, Soul, the style emcompasses an array of warpy pads, detroit basslines, and bumpty beats to keep you grooving whether it be early on in the night or late in the morning.
